Vendor Space

TEDxParklands is seeking to provide an appealing setup for vendors who would like to sell, advertise or conduct product demonstrations for their goods or services. The event will take place on the 4^th of May 2019 from 9:00am at 2^nd floor, Anderson Centre – Nairobi Hospital.

How to attain a slot

Please fill our request form or contact our event management lead. Your application will be reviewed and if you are successful the Event Services will issue you a formal space confirmation.

Fee

The fee will be 10000 ksh for a 4 x 2 space, one table, and two chairs provided by Anderson Centre. Please note that this is NOT inclusive of snacks and drinks. For the after party set up an additional 2000 ksh will be charged. Payment will be required before the 3^rd of May 2019

Prohibited products

Smoking or drinking is not permitted on ground at any given time except for designated or labeled areas set aside by Nairobi Hospital.

Load IN

This should be done the day before the event (3^rd May 2019) from 12:00pm to 4:00pm. All vendors are required to have set up by 7:30am on 4^th May 2019.

Load OUT

This should be done before the 5^th May 2019. Kindly do not leave your merchandise past the specified date.
